Janna Goachee has over 15 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry as an Registered Nurse, Executive Leader, and Founder of JLG Health Solutions LLC. Her experience includes developing large scale clinical and care management programs, redesigning clinical models of care delivery, building and managing interdisciplinary high performing teams, and establishing value-based payment operational frameworks with measurable impact on organizations financial performance and patient outcomes spanning both public and private sectors. 

In her tenure with the Mount Sinai Health System, Ms. Goachee was charged with leading health system wide care delivery model redesign with interdisciplinary teams including physician, nursing, and ancillary disciplines for the critically ill, those suffering with chronic conditions, and surgical populations including joint replacements, cardiac surgeries, and gender affirmation procedures. Within this role, she led the successful implementation of a multidisciplinary transition of care telephonic outreach center, development of multiple RN disease management and care coordination programs, managed post- acute partnerships, and served as a subject matter expert in the design and deployment of various internal hospital performance improvement initiatives to reduce readmissions across multiple service lines. At VillageMD Georgia, she led the development and ongoing operations for the primary care centric risk bearing management service organization that managed lives across Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and Commercial contracts. In her leadership role, she was responsible for achieving market-wide contractual performance measures and oversight of practice transformation efforts for primary care partners, care management program performance, and overall network management. 

Ms. Goachee’s expertise includes design and execution of population health management strategies, clinical model design, program development, working with cross functional teams to drive process improvement, deploying change management techniques, provider relations, and leading organizations to achieve success under value-based care contracts. 

Ms. Goachee received her Master of Public Administration from New York University with high honors in Healthcare Policy and Management with a specialization in Financial Management. She received her BSN with magna cum laude distinction from The University of Central Florida and was a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the nursing honors society. Her passion is in improving patient outcomes and reducing health disparities through expanding access to care for low income and vulnerable populations.
